The flowers were in good condition and pretty - maybe dimensions listed would be nice as my boyfriend was disappointed in the size as he thought it would be taller.

Just Fabulous! I wanted to find a local Florist in the Lacy area, with me living in Maryland I turned to YellowPages.com and found Floral Ingenuity. I wanted to surprise my Grandmother for her birthday and with the help from the staff I did surprised my Grandmother. I phoned to ask if the flowers had been delivered and the staff assisted me and explain the delay, that the flowers I had requested arrived and they waiting for flowers to open up, and assured me that the flowers would be delivered and that the arrangement was beautiful. A small mix-up on the phone with the florist in Olympia and part of the arrangement was not available. The florist substituted though, and the person receiving was thrilled with the outcome. Florist did great!!!

However, I would like to recommend that local delivery charges within a certain mile radius be waived? Beautiful presentation! I also received a phone call to ensure that I received them because they were left at our house while we were out.

Placed phone order for two Gardenia Corsages and two boutonnieres on Monday.Needed them delivered to our Hotel on Wed. They arrived in a beautiful display box - got lots of ooos & ahhs at the front desk. The flowers were lovely and the woman on the phone was great. I would highly recommend them.
