They were great even though they did not have what I ordered on hand. The substitute was better and the same price.

The ease of use of the website was great, and there was a great selection. It would have been great if a receipt would have been generated and automatically sent but overall I would use them again and the experience was pleasurable.

Ordering was easy and I liked your website. I thought the flowers were pretty expensive, but isn't everything and we just feel it more now-a-days I think. But, your service was great and even when I had to get back to you to make a correction in the spelling of the name there was a place to go and that was easy, too. I was not able to go the the funeral but I wanted to be represented there. So obviously I didn't see the flowers. But I know that they were there because I received a thank you note. All in all, I'd say I will use you again if there is another funeral that I must attend in Cuero. Thank you for your help. Nancy Canada
