    I ordered flowers for same day delivery at 10 and the flowers never got delivered. I even called right before they closed and was told they’d be delivered at about 3:30 but they never showed up

    Hi Francis, yes your order was delivered and let me apologize for not being able to deliver by 3pm but we had a funeral to deliver & a wedding not to mention other orders too. When you place an order for same day delivery, you must understand that there could be more orders ahead of you, but as long as you place an order by 12 noon, 1 at the latest we guarantee it will be delivered that same day.     Very happy with service & floral arrangement from Paradise Flowers. Flowers were to be delivered the same day. I received an email indicating the flowers had been delivered. I then received a voice message the next day indicating they had left the flowers on the porch when they got no answer and attempted to call the recipient with no answer and wanted to be sure they had been received. I believe the service was extraordinary. I was very appreciative of their efforts and will certainly use them again. Kudos for their customer service and the beautiful arrangement.
