    Ordering was very easy. Delivery was prompt. My mom liked the arrangement, but the colors were nothing like I expected. I ordered the Royal Purple arrangement. There didn't seem to be any purple flowers. I get seasonal availability and all that, but purple is right in the name of the arrangement. So, not really what I ordered.

I said that if you wanted someone else to do them, we could cancel the order. You never returned my call, so I assumed you were ok for us to order them in and get them delivered this afternoon. I tried to call last night again to speak to you directly but got no answer. Thank you for letting me know on-line, 2 times that you are very upset the flowers didn't go.     I am so sorry the 1st delivery was a plant that our driver dropped off incorrectly (it was supposed to go to a different address) we brought the roses soon after which is what you ordered. I apologize especially since I wasn't aware you didn't know she actually got what you ordered.     I was very pleased with the delivery being ensured. I was very disappointed to learn that the flowers pictured that I had purchased weren't the ones delivered. An arrangement with one type of yellow flower was made and delivered. If my selected option wasn't available, I would have rather been notified instead of finding out after they were delivered.
