Order delivered on time as promised for my Mother's birthday. The flowers were lovely - they made her day. The only suggestion I'd have that would make the experience even better would be a photo of the actual bouquet she received. Would make it a bit more personal for me. Thank you!

I ordered flowers online 1/17 for delivery on 1/19. The flowers were delivered after I received a phone call on 1/20 apologizing for not receiving my online order in time. Since the flowers were for a 1/19 birthday, I was disappointed they were late. My order was doubled and the flowers that arrived for my mom's birthday were beautiful. I only wish they had arrived on time.

I was out doing military training in Washington State, and I contacted Bellevue Florist to deliver a floral arrangement to my girlfriend, at the last minute. Even though they were near closing for the day, they were able to make the delivery, and make a very happy girlfriend. Their customer service was excellent and their floral arrangement was beautiful. I look forward to using them again in the future.

Flowers were delievered at the Marriott hotel, but got lost there. The Bellevue Florist sorted out the problems fast and efficiently.

My fiancé and I got married in Newport a few months ago and used Bellevue Florists. We spend a lot of time in Newport and I had noticed their cute storefront. I am so happy that we went in! Jerilyn was so easy to work with. She made my mother and I so comfortable and was so patient with my indecisiveness. I told her a few flowers that I liked and what colors I was looking for and she had me come back down to show me some arrangements she put together for me! I loved them! I loved that she knew exactly what I wanted without me having to go into too much detail. I got so many compliments on my bouquet, the maids' flowers, the flower girls' hair piece and the centerpieces! People were fighting over who got to take them home!
