None apply. We ordered Sunday online and the store didn't open until 10:00 on a Monday. The service started at 10:00. We did have great communication with the store and they called at 10:14 that morning to ask what we wanted thm to do and tried everything they could to get the order taken care of. We had to get a credit for the order because we decided to cancel and send flowers to a home in another state.
