    I really liked the arrangement. It was very pretty. But I also know it didn't match what was ordered.

    It was a beautiful arrangement. The order placed was for a custom arrangement, which means the designer is able to use the best and freshest in the cooler to design. There were suggested flowers and we used what we had, however we were unable to order in her specific flowers with such little notice. Glad you liked it. Hope you had a wonderful birthday weekend.

    The flowers are very beautiful, but the gifts that accompanied it are ridiculously stupid. I’m sure that add on mystery package was expensive and it iterates me that you ripped off my daughter with the amount of money those stupid gifts cost. You should refund her that portion of what she paid you… if you are a honest and reputable business, I can bring those worthless and non age appropriate things back to you.

    I'm glad the flowers were well received. The "mystery bag" concept is exactly that, a mystery bag of items. It is comprised of items we sell at a huge discount on the account that they are randomly chosen and put in a bag. I understand your bag was not things you would have chosen yourself. Thats the risk you take when you order a mystery bag. I understand the concept is not your cup of tea. If you want to, bring the bag and items back in and we will offer you instore credit (for the price of the bag) to apply to something you choose yourself.

    This was my first time using the florist, so I was excited to see the arrangement. Once my mom sent me a pic of what she received, I was very disappointed because what she got vs what was shown on the site looked very sparse and there were barely any of the light or dark pink flowers. All in all, I wouldnt recommend using this florist. :(

    Sorry you were not impressed with the flowers. I can assure you we included more than what was in the recipe. The arrangement called for- Product Recipe: cylinder vase salal variegated pitt 4 stems lavender stock 3 stems spray roses 3 stems heather Our designer included- salal, pitt, 4 stems of stock, 4 stems of spray roses, not 3. We had no Heather, but we subbed 4 Liatris & 3 stems of solidago, above what you paid for. The arrangement was not in full bloom when delivered like in the image. You got more than you paid for by $9.00. We always go above and beyond.

    I ordered some flowers for my daughter's father-in-law who was in the hospital. I wanted something masculine with a Big Red theme. The bouquet consisted of a red flower (I don't remember what it was called) and white mums with red twigs. They addded a little collectible football player with an N on his helmet - it was perfect! They even sent a picture to my phone so I could see what it looked like. I have never been disappointed in anything I've ordered from All Seasons - they always go above and beyond.

    I appreciated the call before delivery and the cheerful person doing the delivery. The arrange was creative in a natural basket -- mostly purple with some white flowers and with a couple of bright pink Gerbera daisies and an arch of artificial forcythia. I have enjoyed the spring-like arrangement. Suggestion: A few MORE LARGE flowers, other than the two Gerbera daisies would have provided better balance and provided more color and interest. The other flowers were fairly small, and some of them could have been fresher. Thanks for listening.

    This is the BEST flower shop I have ever used! I had All Seasons Floral do my flowers for my wedding, and I couldn't have been more pleased. The flowers were gorgeous. The owner was very thorough in explaining that sometimes flowers would not be able to perfectly match my wedding colors, as there is no control for color in nature. We opted to use some silk flowers and I was so pleased with end result. Everything was how I had planned, yet looked so much better than I could have ever imagined! I would use them again and again and again. I recommend everyone go there! Oh, and don't forget, they aren't just flowers. They have tons of home decor items and gifts, too!
