My husband had passed away and we needed flowers from the family--after making arrangements at the funeral home we stopped in. We looked through the books and nothing seem just right--my daughter went into their cool room and said mom come here. Lo and behold there was the almost perfect tropical arrangement. Hi, I ordered them before 12 noon on Saturday but they could not deliver before Monday. As i had processed my details i went with that and they were delivered on time. My friends sent me a picture of the beautiful arrangement and i was amazed that you had not encluded tulips. This was a spring arrangement and from your web-site tulips were in the picture.

I had a pleasant experience with first class, the delivery was made within the time that I had requested and the flowers were very nice. My only disappointment was that the flowers did not last very long. My girlfriend said they died in just over a week. I understand that these were somewhat exotic flowers, but they should have maybe lasted a little longer. Other than that I thought everything was good. I will definitely be using first class flowers again in the future.
