    Ordered an arrangement for my sister's birthday from Best of Buds for the first time. I live in QC and she's been in AB for less than 2 years and we don't know the flower shops very well. All I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW!! Flowers are gorgeous, arrangement is pretty much identical to the picture shown on the website, if not better in person! Delivery process was excellent; they called her before delivering and set up a time that would be convenient for her. She absolutely loves the flowers and complimented how beautiful they were multiple times! Price was also very reasonable! Very happy :)

She was thrilled but I was a little disappointed that you had missed my instructions about the date for delivery. Then called me a week later and told me that you had discovered your mistake and sent her another bouquet on the 28th.     When I got home the arrangement was sitting on my front door step. The flowers had been misted, so they were in pretty decent shape: I don't know how long they were out in the sun.     The flowers were delivered but I cannot give a real review because I did not see them and have no idea what they looked like. I trust and hope that they looked similar to the picture from the site that I ordered from. I have a suggestion that would be very useful. Why not take a picture of the arrangement before they are delivered and send it to the buyer? If this could be arranged, I would continue to use the same service consistenly from now on.
