The arrangement that was sent to my daughter in Red Deer was beyond what I expected. She sent me a picture. They went above & beyond with the arrangement and it made my daughter's day. Once again, my mother received a bouguet that she was thrilled with. Appreciate their willingness to phone and coordinate a delivery time. One rose died quickly but the other two lasted a reasonable amount of time. So glad for the continued great service as have used this flower shop once or twice a year for several years with great service every time.

Everything was great, and she got her arrangement when it was supposed to be delivered. The only thing I was disappointed about was the size. I thought it was a little small for the price I paid. For a total around 85.00, she showed me the arrangement on our video call, and I was not happy with the size. I thought it should be bigger.

This order was a gift. Overall the ordereing process was gret and the person who received the flowers was very pleased. She took a few pictures to show me and I did think the arrangement was nice but was a little disappointed to hear that the rose that was in the arrangement did not last more than a day, because it was already in full bloom. I did ask for an arrangement with fall colors but didn't think that was what was presented but it was still a very nice arrangement and again the person who received them was very happy.
