    I ordered flowers for a dear friend on 5/12 and they were to be delivered the same day. Well I heard nothing and then found out of 5/15 still no flowers. I called and talked to Scott who was so upset that she did not receive the flowers so he redid them and walked them himself to the room. Policy is the staff take flowers to the room and she never received them. He wanted to refund my money but it was not his fault. I will order flowers from Coleman's Flowers again. Thank you Scott.

The recipient was quite pleased with the flowers. She said they were beautiful which pleases us as she was an angel to us at a horrendous wreck with a semi.

    Not to happy with the service or the follow up. Currently deployed overseas and wanted to order my love one flowers chocolate and a balloon. Flowers showed up with a balloon or chocolates. When I called to inquire about the missing items I was told due to covid they couldn't find any and made it up in the flowers. Was told they would contact my better half which they never did. Not happy with the customer service at all.

    Flowers were not delivered until 2 days later. My daughter did say the flowers were nice. She had gotten a job and I was trying to surprise her.

    Rebecca, I'm not sure why we are getting a 2 star review.. We tried to deliver to her on the date requested, but if no one answers the door we do not leave the arrangement..
