    I ordered a sympathy spray for an employee's mother's service. I'm always concerned doing this when I am in another town and wouldn't be there to ensure they were delivered as ordered.     The STARS IN THE HEART flowers were lovely and were even delivered early, but instead of the clear glass bowl pictured online the vase used in the arrangement delivered was a silver straight-sided container closely resembling a tin can that was more appropriate for a masculine/modern Father's Day design than a feminine/delicate Mother's Day bouquet. Though the arrangement was much appreciated by the recipient and the online order (placed two weeks in advance) went smoothly enough, the poorly selected container was a bit of a disappointing surprise to me.

    I’m so sorry you weren’t 100% satisfied with the container we chose. We should’ve called and described it to you, but had no power to charge cell phones and no electricity due to storms. We don’t usually send out early, because I’m sure you wanted it on the day requested, but again had no power for days and wanted to provide the freshest arrangement possible in such a crazy storm situation, especially knowing how important this arrangement meant.     Just when I thought customer service was a thing of the past, Anahuac Florist was recommended to me. Julie not only listened to my needs, but she understood and made suggestions that would help her meet my needs. Within a 2 hour period she made an arrangement that was beautiful and just what I had envisioned, and delivered it to a church that was 25 miles away in time for a scheduled Visitation for a dear family friend who had passed away.     Anahuac Florist is absolutely wonderful! We are local business owners and do our best to support local. We ordered arrangements for some of our clients that had recently undergone surgeries to brighten their days! We asked for 3 distinctly different arrangements but chose to let their designer do her thing! The results were absolutely beautiful!! This will be our florist of choice from now on! Love these lovely ladies and the happiness they bring to others!
