I wouldn't have written a comment but YOU asked ME to . . .so here goes. The flowers were a disaster and although my total bill was over $75 the bouquet had to be discarded within 2 days. The lilies were brown and the roses limp. We called to voice our concern and were told that they had, indeed, been fresh when put in the delivery van. Perhaps they were frozen. Another, smaller bouqet was delivered after I emphasized that the recipient is very near death. The delivery person was rude to my mother-in-law since there was a problem finding entrance to her building. I can't tell you how VERY disappointed we are. The bouquet we ordered did not look like the on-line picture in quality . . .just in shape.

They were very rude and not professional at all. Very dissatisfied with their service and wouldnt recommend this flower shop to anyone.
