by Sasha of CAFlowers were beautiful, but: driver was late, and he forgot the balloon that was part of my order. Was never credited the $5 I paid for the balloon I never received. But worst of all, I felt little genuine remorse or apology from the driver or from Mr. Hoogasian -- just a lot of blame deflection. I don't know if it was an off day or what. A simple apology works wonders, guys. Will not be ordering from Hoogasian again. Sorry. :(
