    I sent a bouquet to a friend in IL from My home in Florida and had to depend on reviews for my choice. I have to say my friend was absolutely delighted with the results. They notified her when the delivery was made, and my friend was awed by the beauty of the bouquet. She sent me photos, and for the price I paid the arrangement was beyond my expectations. Everything regarding this transaction was top notch. I can’t recommend Flowers for You highly enough. I absolutely will be using them again. And the bouquet lasted a long time. Perfect experience all around. Definitely a five star company.

    This florist provided fantastic service on short notice. They were able to have funeral flowers delivered Monday morning on an order place late Sunday afternoon. No other place in Chicago was able to do this. And, the flowers looked incredible. Kudos to this flower shop.

    Flowers were nice however they were a day late. I said on the comments when ordering that if she was not home to leave at the front door. The delivery person did not do this and then we tried calling and texting both the delivery driver and the store to try and pick up our flowers. There was never any answer or any opportunity to leave a message. I won’t be ordering from here again, other nearby companies were much better to deal with.

    When I got there, the flowers were ready but I had added a note to come with the flowers and that was ready but I also added a box of chocolates and that was also not ready. So for being unprepared I would rate my experience a 3 for unpreparedness service. I really loved the flowers though so I will continue shopping here.

    I will never order from this place again. The flowers were wilted and limp. It was so embarrassing because they put the arrangement in the middle of others that were beautiful. The message card was hand written which looked horrible and unprofessional. Need to improve your technology

    Hi Thank you taking the time to review as all feedback for us is good to improve within the business. Our handwritten notes have been a staple of our business and we sincerely apologize that it was not up to par.I can assure you as we take pictures that the arrangement that was delivered was in fact fresh. My guess would be that the stock looked wilted, but that is the state they are naturally. Due to timing, that is what was avail. If you noticed the casket spray and other sprays that came from our shop, we take freshness of our product very seriously. I hope you give our shop a 2nd chance.

    The flowers that were received were pink, not purple like the picture. That was the reason I ordered this arrangement. Purple is her favorite color.

All other flowers in the arrangement varied from dark purple to light lavender as is pictured in the arrangement.
