    The original order of a bouquet of tulips was misleading because the bouquet only had white tulips which were dying. When I notified Desert Rose Floral, they promptly replaced the dying white tulip bouquet with another bouquet that had some colored tulips in it, but I was surprised that there were still white tulips in that bouquet because the photo on their website showed ONLY colored tulips. The white tulips remind me of a funeral, and this bouquet was for my mother for Mother's Day. I simply expected to have delivered what I had paid for - a bouquet of colored tulips like the photo showed.

    I was NOT happy with the floral arrangement that arrived. I had ordered the bouquet of tulups which on the website showed a beautiful arrangement of SPRING colored tulips. However, the arrangement that arrived was a bouquet of WHITE tulips. Not one colored tulip was in the arrangement. Not only that, but the white tulips were old - already opened and the petals falling off. VERY disappointing!

    We were extremely disappointed in the quality of the arrangement that was delivered. We spent more money for the medium size arrangement expecting that it would add more fullness than the small size shown online. It didn’t. Some of the tulips were wilted, and the filler greenery was completely different. We all live out of town so we knew our options would be limited. Our mother was gracious and thankful, but quite frankly we were embarrassed when she showed us a photo of the flowers. I’m sorry to say that we felt taken advantage of and won’t order again.

    I just wanted to send out a big THANK YOU to Desert Rose Floral. Every year I buy a bouquet of roses for my wife for our Anniversary. Last year we had a very bad experience with another floral company. Desert Rose had good reviews, so I walked into their shop and told them my story. There was a very nice young lady that assured me that she would personally do the bouquet for my wife. When it arrived it was one of the best bouquets that I've seen since moving here. My wife just loved them. This bouquet lasted over two weeks. Thanks Desert Rose. I will definitely be back next January.

    Over the past six years we have used Desert Rose Florists for many occasions. Since my wife and I are celebrating our 58th Anniversary on January 18th, I felt it was time to order some more beautiful red roses. I ordered the roses to be delivered on the 17th and was delighted to again have Val Phelps, the owner, make the delivery. We stood and talked and as he described how and when he and his wife bought the flower shop, way back in 1991, I understood then why I always felt comfortable using his service.     The flowers were really nice as they should be because I purchased a very expensive bouquet for my wife for valentines day. The problem was she didn’t receive the flowers until way late in the evening. It made it look like I forgot about her and made a last second ditch effort to save my ass.     I ordered three deliveries for V-Day. One of the three was delivered 8 days later. They still plan on keeping my money. rofl. great service. Their number online was not in use. They took forever to call me back and blamed the address despite the fact that we confirmed and they had the right one and were later able to deliver just tine. It was 5 days late and 3 different phone numbers to Deseret Floral and no answers WHAT-SO-EVER. They apparently closed on a Friday. NO DELIVERY, NO NOTHING! Will never use them again, even if they gave another arrangement. What a scam! Telling friends/neighbors to never go there! NEVER EVER. WHAT A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! NO EXCUSES.

    I searched for a local shop because I want to support small business. I ordered a small plant and balloon for my daughter who had just moved into the dorm/apartment and would be spending her 18th birthday without friends and family. The plant did come in a cute pot as shown in description. However she said she was worried it was already dying as several leaves were browning. And unfortunately NO balloon was included. It seems simple, but the balloon was intended to let her roommates know it was her birthday. Mistakes happen, I’m just very disappointed for $70 and 1 small dying plant.

    Just an desperate sister trying to send something nice :( I've yet to find a florist who actually cares about family stuck over seas. I've paid for the ultimate package, deluxe version of PLANTS.I don't gift flowers because they die off to quickly and I'm a horticulturalists who chose the Plants package. Not only did my young sister receive flowers that will die in about a months time, the only evergreen perennial that was tucked in there was the ivy that wasn't even the photo. obviously the photos are not what get delivered, but not one spathyphillum, maranta, OR philodendron cardatum :(

    The arrangement that was delivered was completely different than what I ordered - less flowers and the wrong color. I specifically ordered a bouquet with pink and purple flowers because those were my friend's favorites - the flowers were all red with a couple of yellow. The bouquet was not as full as ordered either. It looked like a cheap bouquet picked up at a grocery store. I will not order from Desert Rose Floral again.
