    I am more than pleased with the arrangement I ordered. Not only were they quick and able to handle a sensitive same day delivery but they exceed my expectations. The arrangement was even more beautiful than the online photo. I chose the cross and it was breathtaking.

    I submitted an order online for my wife’s birthday. By about 1:30 pm, I had heard nothing from Rivers Bend. I called, and the order had not been reviewed, even though my credit card was charged when I placed the order. I seriously considered canceling the order and requesting a refund. By the time the flowers arrived, most of the day had passed. Unlike less expensive flowers purchased at Kroger, these flowers lasted only 4 days. Several of the purple flowers completely wilted in less than 24 hours from delivery. I should have canceled my order. I am not sure I will order again.

    Honestly, I was a pretty disappointed in my arrangement. My husband got me a bouquet that was to include lilies because they are my favorite. While some unblossomed lilies were included, I didn’t have a single open lily in my bouquet. Several of the flowers were already a little droopy (maybe because they were left on my porch in very cold weather without ringing my doorbell). My husband gets me flowers several times a year, and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed. We are military and just moved here. We might need to try a different florist next time.

    Nice arrangement, a total surprise to me. I used it as the centerpiece for the party on the outside table. With the warm weather (for February) the leafy green stuff on the bottom wilted a little bit by late evening.
