Most recently I deployed just prior to my daughters birthday and she was pretty down. I called and they delivered her a beautiful arrangement with a stuffed animal for her. She loved it and I loved the pictures. I will use Burkhardts for all my floral needs especially when I'm deployed and and can't physically be there to make the order

My husband was sent a candy basket for his 30th birthday and it was wonderful and full of all types of delicious treats and I would highly recommend this!!! Also I rated my arrangement of flowers at a 3 from my 30th birthday and I would like to change that to a 5+++ So my roses were discolored and looked like they were dying and in response the (I am assuming) owner called me and apologized. She said she would replace the roses as they are guaranteed, I said not to worry about it but she was adamant and I was delivered a beautiful arrangement of 7 roses today. It was the gesture of calling alone that made me want to change my rating, but to actually bring me replacement roses goes above and beyond, customer service is amazing here and I would use this florist and highly recommend them to anyone. They have integrity, wonderful customer service in an age where most people do not and they have beautiful flowers :)

The arrangement was sent to me for my 30th birthday and while there was a variety of very pretty flowers, all 6 of the roses (light peach/pink) looked like they were dying and old....all outer layers of petals were browning. Roses are my favorite flower next to orchids so I was sad they were all depressing looking.

The Order was fast and easy, it’s just that the flower I order are different then the flower my family got (they were pretty anyway..)

I had a very last-minute online order that could not have been done any better or more professionally. My order was delivered promptly and I was given a call when it was delivered. The arrangement was better than the photos! It's very refreshing to get what you pay for and have an outstanding customer service experience. I will be using FLOWERS BY BURKHARDT'S for my floral needs in the future.

It's difficult for me to really give any productive insight on this. I had ordered and arrangement for a friend first day at a new job, and wanted to be a surprise. I ordered from online and should have asked for a call as to when they were delivered. I had no idea as to when the would get off work so I let them know about the gift and a day later I finally got confirmation that the flowers were deliver even though i had made a call and left a message (with not return call) hoping to get them there in time. So other than the contact via email for phone was not very good I believe the rest was fine. I hope the arrangement was as beautiful as the photo.

The basket with lavender colored flowers was beautiful and still is on 3/12/11. I like the "butterflys" on the twiggy loop above the basket. Thank you very much, it was a lovely birthday present from my best friend!

You guys did a great job! There was one small issue but all I had to do was call and it was fixed right away. Thank you so much for the roses my wife received she love then and they made her cry! If I ever need to buy roses ever again I will be buy them through you guys for now on.

2/14/09 I should start by saying I dealt with Marti, the owner of Burkhardt's, an d I loved her. I felt very at ease with her from the beginning and appreciated that she seemed to listen to me and not take it poorly when I asked for changes to be made. I had the initial consultation where we talked about the overall look and feel of the event, and the colors, and I picked out many ideas that I liked from magazines. Once I had my dress and more things finalized we met again and did something similar though this time she pulled flowersto give me a better idea of what I would be getting. At the end of the day I loved the flowers and thought my bouquet was gorgeous and absolutely exactly what I was looking for. We ordered a lot of flowers from Marti (rehersal dinner, church & reception) and I think we got a lot more for the price from her than we could have from many vendors. I found her easy to work with and would use her again for anevent in a heartbeat!

no one, besides our photographer, comes more highly recommended than our florist. Marti, the owner, took care of us in so many ways. We didn't want a ton of flowers, and she worked with (a very difficult) me to find bouquets/boutonnieres that I would like. She also put together two beautiful arrangements for the church stage. NOT ONLY THAT but she and her staff went to the reception ballroom and put together all of the centerpieces (which were not flowers) on the recption tables. this included setting up a stack of three boxes, candy dihes and favors. she also tracked down tiffany blue paper for said centerpieces.

I choose this florist for my wedding flowers not because of location but because of sincerity. My wedding was way out in Milwaukee but they were more than willing to drive all the way out there to deliver the flowers on my special day. During the planning you meet with the floral designer more than once to go over your visions and ideas. She gives you imput and helps you figure out what goes well together, what smells nice (or too strong) color combinations you would never think about and if you change your mind after you place the order its okay. You are allowed to make major changes up to two weeks before your wedding and smaller changes up to 2 days before the event. Everyone was friendly and helpful--I will recommend this florist to all my friends and coworkers

I have received flowers from this florist on several occassions and have always been happy with what I received. I was even impressed when my husband told me the story of going into this shop looking for a specific flowers for me. He didn't know what it was called -only generally what it looked like. Well,they must have someone there familar with "husband speak" because on Valentine's Day I received the most beautifl vase filled with that flower that I have ever seen. The delivery people are always friendly and the vases they use are good quality. I have reused some of them several times. Plus my flowers last far longer tha n I would expect. KUDOS to this shop! I can't wait for my next arrangement to arrive.!!!!
