My cousin was very pleased with the flowers and thought they looked beautiful. Delivery was prompt. Would definitely use Flora Savage again if I need to send flowers to someone in New Orleans.

Recipient was very pleased with the arrangement and still is able to enjoy the flowers today. One piece of feedback is to perhaps note on the card the name of the florist -- many of her coworkers were very interested in who created the arrangement, but as there was no name visible on the card, was a bit of a missed marketing opportunity.

The delivery person was very kind and personable, he even held my dog for a moment while I had the door open, and the flowers were beautiful. I am not surprised; the sender was a florist for many years himself and I am sure he hand-picked FLORA SAVAGE! I also appreciated the beforehand call that they were on the way.

I asked the desk clerk at the Dauphine Orleans for a florist and he recommended you. It was the the afternoon before Mother's Day and you said you couldn't guarantee delivery. I expected that I was too late but the desk clerk said he would be able to pick them up on his way to work the next day. But someone at Flora Savage said she would take the bouquet over personally. It was delivered at 11:00 on Sunday morning to us, touists who were not likely to be in New Orleans soon to become regular customers. It was so important to us, not just a nice thing, as our son died. But there is always a bouquet for her on Mother's Day from him. Thank you from all my heart.

The received floral arrangement superceded my expectations of the design posted online. My mother was so touched by the effort and the exotic design of the Orange You Special bouquet that she incorporated it into decorating her work's reception area for a big event that night. The flowers also ended up as a dinner guest at Bacco's later that night, believe it or not, so that my family and friends, who were celebrating a successful event, could include me spiritually as company. The service was great. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing because the flowers were delivered to the correct school, but never got to the correct person/room. This, however, was no fault of FLORA SAVAGE, but instead due to the incompetence of the office staff! Thanks for the beautiful flowers and arrangement.

When my mother died out of state I was hindered in working on arranging for funeral flowers in that she was coming back to Louisiana and I was making arrangements from AL. Suzy was able to work with me over the phone and via email. The floral arrangements were simply breathtaking! All of the guests complimented them and even several of the funeral home staff. Thanks for bailing me out---- I thought I could get Touro's Gift Shop to deliver flowers to new-born grand-niece....WRONG!!
