Extremely helpful and friendly. I forgot to include who the arrangement was "From", and was promptly called and my mistake was corrected. Was called a second time when recipient wasn't home, and Sunshine went out of their way to contact and wait for them and got the arrangement delivered. Was told by multiple people that it was the most beautiful arrangement there.
