Florist didn't get order. Had to call and find out where it was. They had to call the recipient and tell them to stay there to wait for the delivery, which totally defeated the purpose of ordering a suprise delivery. I did not realize when I went to their website to order that it went through some big national ordering service. I purposely don't use Proflowers and other big services because I want to give more benefit to the local flower shop, then learn it went through some national ordering service anyway. Not impressed.

I was very pleased. My daughter was thrilled with the flowers and commented how beautiful they looked. I think you web site was easy to use and will definately consider using your business the next time I am in the market for flowers in southern Minnesota.

I received a lovely mixture of colorful flowers and greens. The small natural stones in the bottom of the clear vase were an extra nice touch.
