Jan is FANTASTIC. I had Jan do my flowers for my wedding. Everything was exactly as I wanted it and envisioned. I had a floral cake topper that Jan also did and huge Kudos to Jan. When the bakery that did my wedding cake delivered it, the delivery person had to slam on the breaks of the delievery van, my cake slide and tipped and the top tier on one of the four sides got dented. Jan's creativly and artistically draped my beautful flower cake topper to cover the dent!! You couldn't even see it. I wish I could post all my pictures of those flowers. They were truly spectacular. I have also in the last couple of years gotten her spring bulb containers - a must have!!!! Jan, you are AWESOME!!!!

New Look Floral Design did the flowers for my wedding. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and Jan was fantastic to work with. When we met she really listened to what I wanted and had many books and examples to choose visuals from. Her customer service was top notch and I didn't have to worry about anything. The flowers for my bridesmaids were amazing, my bouquet was perfect and the flowers at the reception were fantastic. I got so many compliments on my flowers and have recommended Jan to other friends for their weddings.

Every time I've ordered a product from New Look Floral I know I've going to get something that is always fresh and hasn't been sitting a cooler for days/weeks. Jan Vitse, the owner of New Look Floral does all her arragements herself, so I always know whatever comes out the door of the shop is the most beautiful arrangement I could ask for. Jan's prices are also much more reasonable than most of the larger floral shops here in Rochester as she works out of her home, which I'm sure helps keep her overhead expenses down. Often my orders are on short notice, for a funeral/memorial service, special recognition for one of my employees, etc. and she always comes through with an excellent product. Jan does awesome work and is a trained designer who is always creative in designing her arrangements.
