Placed order on-line and they phoned us on Monday to say the plant we selected was not available and asked if they could substitute. We said sure and the receving party told us the plant was beautiful!!!

I really appreciated the call to let me know that some of the flowers were going to be changed. The arrangement was beautiful. It was a great experience shopping wiht Fuchs Flower & Garden.

Having lived just up the street from you for a number of my teenage years. I decided a couple of years ago to try you out for my mother who is still in Clarkston. Ordering from Colorado Springs was something I did not expect much. After ordering a number of times I have never been disappointed with Fuchs. On the last order you did not have the arrangement that was pictured in your online brochure, but I have found that is usually the case. I asked you to use your professional opinion when you called me. You did so, and again my mother and therefore I, were very pleased with your selection. Fuchs does not have the pricing structure that I would normally select but consistency is something that cannot be duplicated. Just a note, the last poinsettia was a little small, but that is your fault, you have led me to expect more.
