    I love the shop, the people and the quality of the products. In this case, I purchased online and it was very easy to do. The flowers were for a funeral service and they looked like the picture I settled on. Great job as usual. Love our local flower shop!

We didn’t say anything - they were still beautiful. Yesterday, a delivery van came to our house. They had realized their mistake and delivered the white roses along with an apology!     I was so impressed with the service I got! I waited too long to order for Mother's Day, so I thought Mom wouldn't get her flowers until a few days later, but I got a call saying they could deliver them on the Sunday. They also had to substitute some different flowers, since irises are scarce right now, and the resulting bouquet was lovely.     Picked up 2 dozen roses flowers for a party. When I got home at least ten of them were moldy and the rotten. The flowers were falling off the stems.

    I was a little disappointed with the freshness of the roses that came in the arrangement. They were fully opened when they arrived and by evening they were so splayed out that they hardly resembled roses. Yes, they had water in the container. I went back the next day (Sat.) but you were not open.

    Wonderful and friendly customer service. I ordered flowers just a few hours before they were delivered and they even gave my order a little “extra” when I called them about applying a coupon I found after the fact.     Beautiful arrangement! My mom had ordered this for me as a surprise, but the florist called to confirm I was home to deliver an order I had placed. I almost didn't return the call because I hadn't placed an order. I did call though and confirmed I was home. Was asked for directions which I thought was odd-most people have GPS especially if delivery service. Was told they would be there within an hour. It was about 2 hours. One star deducted due to the wait, but otherwise very happy with service.
