When ordering I checked the hours of service and it said they had Friday and Saturday hours, so I filled out my order. Soon after I received a call, from the shop to tell me because of the Holidays that they were closed on Friday and Saturday, but that she would be glad to fill my order since she would be in due to paperwork. I told her it was not a necessity, but she would take no for the answer. She also told me she would not be able to get the multi-colored roses and asked which color I would prefer. It was very good customer service and I totally appreciated all the extra from the call to asking the color and especially filling my order on the holiday weekend. I will not forget the kindness next time I order.

We used the Oxford Flower shop for our Miami Merger wedding flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages) and we couldn't have been happier. First, the shop probably has the best prices in town (even the same or better than Kroger, we shopped all around town), so that was a plus. Second, Kathy was helpful in setting up our order when we visited in person (we could only come to Oxford once before the wedding, and she was more than helpful in working with our tight schedule), and she was always helpful whenever we called (we modified our order twice, and she handled this wonderfully both times over the phone). Finally, everything was delivered as ordered, and all the flowers were gorgeous and really made our wedding beautiful! For anyone getting married in Oxford, whether a Miami Merger or otherwise, you can't go wrong with using the Oxford Flower Shop for your wedding flowers.

I've used Oxford Flower in the past and each time have been more than happy with their service. They are very quick to deliever. I ordered at 1030pm one night and the flowers were deleivered the very next day by 11 am!

Everything was wonderful and the delivery went without a hitch. I do wish some florists offered a "Poor Man Bouquet" daisies, dandelions, etc. In my opinion it is the thought of sending flowers that is special not the type of flower. Just a thought from a poor man.

I would like to commend the Oxford Flower and Sorority Gift Shop for their outstanding customer service. I have taught a world class customer service class and was very amazed the Flower shop customer service representative employed a number of principles to make my experience with the business a win-win scenario. First, the arrangement I ordered was not actually something that could be kept and planted, they were cut flowers, realizing that the message I wrote to my mother did not fit with the arrangement I ordered, the shop called me (at their own expense) and offered an alternative. Second, they had to leave a message at my house and by the time I get home in the evening it is too late to call any business so I waited until the morning to contact the shop. The nice lady on the phone conveyed the situation with the arrangement I had ordered and offered to substitute it with another one that could be kept over the summer period. She stated that she had kept one back for me (since this was also graduation weekend) in anticipation I would rather the alternate arrangement (thinking ahead to provide the customer with multiple options). She also provided the arrangement at the same cost as the original order, which I think may be a little of a swag since my mother (who by the way is extremly happy with the arrangement) told me she couldn't get the plant through her front door and had to go around the side door and put it on her deck. I also have a sneaking suspicion the shop had to make a special delivery, again since this being graduation weekend and busy, because my mother was going out of town for Mother's Day and the plant had to be delivered on Friday and could not wait until Saturday. I feel that the Flower shop made my order their number one priority (again, given that it was graduation weekend and real busy), as if they didn't have anything else to do with their time. Oh and did I mention I live in Virginia and will definitly order again, and again, and again. As long as my mother lives in Oxford, all her flower and gifts will come from The Oxford Flower and Sorority Gift Shop. Thank you for the outstanding customer service and making me feel like my return business matters.
