what I liked was the prompt email response and the notifaication that my flowers had been delivered on time to the appointed place...being out of town for a family funeral that made a difference.

I have been told the plant was beautiful. It was delivered the same day as requested, and when I called to check the status of my order, I was courteously told the plant had been delivered. I did feel the combination of the delivery charge AND the service charge???? to be somewhat excessive for the size of the purchase and the proximity of the destination, but I didn't have time to shop around.
