I was very please with both speed of the service & the quality of the flowers.

The flowers were beautiful and I loved the stuffed zebra that came along with them. It was so cute and appropriate that I thought my husband had specially chosen it, but apparently not - the credit goes to the good taste of the florist! Presentation of all, including the Mylar balloon suspended from the stuffed toy, was very nice. Altogether great service.

The dozen roses that I ordered were amazing. Not only was the arrangement beautifully done, they were a very high quality and lasted for nearly a week. I added a decorative Happy Birthday mylar balloon to the selection and ended up with a wire butterfly, which is the only thing I have mixed feelings about or it would have been a 5 rating.

Just in case you are ever seeking a local florist for the hotel or special events who does superb work... I recently became aware of a Cambridge florist (on Eagle Street not far from the hotel) who did an amazing job and the flowers lasted for a surprising long time which she attributes this to using only fresh, quality supplies. THe flowers that we ordered for my sister-in-law's funeral were better looking than the picture. Thank-you very much for your beautiful flowers that were ther in plenty of time. We looked at some other internet sites and yours was by far the best.

I requested the flowers be delivered on a certain date and unfortunately they were delivered much too early. When I pointed that out, I received an immediate apology and a very satisfactory solution to the problem. I realize no one is perfect, but a quick resolution to a mistake is always appreciated.
