I have never had a flower shop go so above and beyond for me. I wanted to send flowers to a relative after they lost someone close to them and don't live in the area. After calling all flowers and charm and having a brief discussion with Melissa she was right on track with what I wanted to send and was even willing to email a few ideas as well as the finished product when she was done so I was able to view what was going to be sent. THANK YOU so much Melissa for delivaring that personal touch. I guess you are the Charm part of your business!

As statements before me said, the plants were good quality and nicely arranged in the container. We're mot fans of traditional funeral flowers/arrangements, so your plants were a welcome substitute. Everyone commented on how beautiful and healthy they were. Thanks for having such great quality products. It's a testament to the level of service that you provide.
