Although there was a serious glitch in the order process that caused the order to be held up for a time when my credit card was approved and then, for some reason, declined for a reason even the bank could not explain, the order was processed and delivered on time. The flowers I order are always beautiful and arranged professionally. The staff are helpful and always courteous. I have dealt with many florists and this one is certainly one of the best.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful! The vase is very nice as well, and I received excellent service. Also, all of the flowers look very healthy and fresh, I have received flowers from other places in the past and the flowers didn't look as fresh.
