I'm currently living in South Korea and ordered the Classical Christmas arrangement for my parents in BC. The order process was quick and easy. The flowers were delivered on time just before Christmas Eve. It impressed the recipients and the people at the Christmas party. That was two weeks ago and the roses have yet to wither away. The hand-written note was a nice touch. I'm sure it confused my parents who may have thought I or my sister wrote it. I'd definitely recommend them.

The beautiful flower arrangement was delivered to me at home while I was recovering from surgery. The delivery man was very conscientious and was helpful to make sure I could handle the large arrangement. So kind! Oh, and the flowers were stunningly arranged, and still looking so lovely after a week. The simple method of topping up the water level seems to be ok since too difficult to change out the water every 2nd day, and I'd never be able to duplicate the stunnng arrangement. Thank you!

In high school I also ordered boutoniere from Safeway and brought it to Blundell Blossoms to see if they could adjust it (because Safeway did not comply with my order) and the staff there was nice enough to change it for free! Delivery driver waited for over 10 minutes for someone to come to the door..VERY impressive...and the flowers were so fresh..still smelling and looking beautiful over two weeks later. They did make a minor substitution for one of the flowers, and it was very nice, but a quick email to check would have been an idea..this is not a criticism, rather a suggestion. Will definitely use them again, and thoroughly recommend them to anyone in the Richmond area.

I ordered flowers on line to celebrate my Mom's 87th birthday on 22 December 2010. Unfortunately they were not delivered that day due to a mixup in dates by Blundell Blossoms. I must say however, that once apprised of the problem they went above and beyond to reach my Mom by phone and to get the flowers to her asap on the 23rd. While not an ideal situation I thought the staff I dealt with were very professional and helpful. I would use Blundell Blossoms again because they handled the issues so well.

The flowers sent were first class however the photos on your website do not do it's justice. Most people who use this service like myself are from out of town and it's a blind purchase with the onus on the florist to provide an above average product (which you did). I would get a pro photographer to take some stunning photos for your website.

Flowers are beautiful and lasting well. I am aware that I should change the water regularly and cut the ends off the flowers; however, when the vase is as full and beautifully arranged as the one I received - I am only able to top up the water. If I take the flowers out of the vase, there is no way I would be able to get them back in the same arrangement so I am hoping that "topping up" the water will keep them for another week.

The healthy poinsettia arrived beautifully decorated with festive foil and large bow. Delivery was arranged by phone to make sure that the poinsettia was not left outside. Blundell Blossems called at 10:30 and it was agreed that delivery would be before 1:00 due to our schedule. Just before noon the plant arrived. I have taken a picture of the poinsettia and emailed it to my niece. I'm sure that she will be pleased with her choice of florist.
