Amazing customer service delaying my order last minute when my sister told me Mom was out of town. I had no idea she was away but you guys were great delaying delivery for a week. Thanks for your consideration.

I was so happy to find That Flower Shop in Vedder last year for my Mom's birthday. We live in Georgia so I had been sending flowers through the big brand sites, but we had twice been disappointed in their quality so I decided to give this a shot. My Mom is very particular about flowers and RAVED about the bouquets for two years in a row. The bouquets are always fresh and the flowers are beautiful.

My flowers were AMAZING! they were the perfect spring arrangement. Its almost a week later and they still look fresh and beautiful.

The arrangement was beautiful, they called to say they had a delivery and asked if I would be home within the next 15 minutes. The flowers arrived in the next 10 minutes from a girl who seemed quiet but handed them to with a big smile on her face and said are you Heather.....Have a wonderful day!!! She was so pleasant.

Placed the order online & had a call within minutes to discuss alternative flowers, as the ones in the advertised arrangement were not available. Flowers were delivered later that day and my mom loved them!

It is great to have a local florist to deal with when you live thousands of miles away from your recipient. So much more personal than using a "world-wide" florist service. Mom loves flowers and we love to send them to her. She always sends a photo of what she gets, and we are well pleased. Keep up the good work.

We were very pleased that the flower arrangement looked exactly as promised on the website. But what really impressed us was the extra effort the staff went to in an attempt to deliver this arrangement. They followed up with us on several occasions trying to ensure that our family received the flowers in a timely manner. We will definitely use this flower shop again.

Firstly, I was delighted to find that one could order flowers online from the comfort of my home! I have only been to your community once and had no idea which flower shops were nearby the home I wanted the delivery made. Your internet service was easy to use, and the choice of arrangements was very ample. I did receive an email saying that the delivery had been made, but I would have preferred to have rec'd the notice within the 24 hrs. (I think it was closer to 72 hours later, but I'm not sure). The person who rec'd the flowers did phone to thank me and say how nice they were, so I know they arrived long before I rec'd email confirmation. I would definitely use your service again. I have been buying/sending flowers from your shop for years and those I have sent flowers to say they are beautiful and last. Well, for my birthday two weeks ago, I received two arrangements - a half dozen roses from my husband and a large arrangement from my daughter and family that live on the Sunshine Coast. Both were BEAUTIFUL. The roses lasted more than a week and the other arrangement lasted two days short of two weeks. I enjoyed the beauty of these flowers as did my family and friends. I will continue to visit your shop whenever I need to send flowers. I am sure I have made it clear to my family that YOU ARE THE BEST!
