The floral arrangement was beautiful!

Lake Pepin Floral did the flowers for my daughter's funeral. They went above and beyond what i could have hoped. It was more beautiful than I expected. The floral designer was outstanding. I am very happy with them.

Great service, easy to navigate the website. It would be helpful to see a photo for the different price points for the plants. Price points were $35,$50 and $75 but I had no way to tell what I was getting for the higher valued product.

The shop called me for a substitute when the flowers I had chosen were not quite in bloom. They could have very easily delivered what I requested, but went the extra mile when the flowers were not to their satisfaction. Thank you for the personal service.

Everything turned out great. My mom loved the flowers, and they arrived at the time I specified. She sent me a picture, and they were as advertised. One thing that would have helped: I ordered online, and was unsure what the process would be if the person was not home when the flowers were delivered. I called the shop and spoke with a representative, but a quick note on the online order about that would have saved me the call. A very minor issue, but an easy thing to add that might save someone the time and worry.

Thank you for the personal call informing me that you were not allowed to deliver lillies to the hospital, and you would substitute more roes and gerbera to compensate. I appreciate being kept informed. Your delivery was prompt, my sister was thrilled, and her description of the arrangement matched the picture on your website (minus the lillies of course).
