I was pleased with the ease of the on-line process, as well as the constant communication (order received, order processed, order delivered). I also was pleased that the amount the original receipt showed would be charged was LESS when the final bill was forwarded. (Some kind of processing fee was eliminated.) I haven't heard anything from the family, though, so don't have corroboration from that end that the plant was received and was nice. Those kinds of things take time, and I have no reason to doubt that the plant wasn't as pretty as the photograph. You've no idea how many places I checked on line for the DC area and how HORRIBLY high their prices were. Your prices were reasonable and I was pleased with the overall service.

The smile face cup & bouquet were exactly as depicted on Blossom's website, send as a Get Well to a friend in McLean. She said it really did make her feel better, and even sent me a thank you photo. Will not hesitate to use again for any occasion if I was in the area.

The Flowers were beautiful but they forgot the balloons. Other than they were OK.
