Wonderful service from Debbie - thank you. I wasn't sure I could get a local florist in Charlotte (I'm in Texas) to deliver flowers to my daughter at her recital in the Convention Center. They delivered perfectly on time at the end of her recital and called me immediately afterward to tell me they had been personally delivered. IT WAS MY FIRST TIME ORDERING FLOWERS ON LINE AND IT WAS A GREAT EXPERINCE. THE ADDRESS TO WHERE IT WAS BEING DELIVERED HAD CHANGED AND THEY CONTACTED ME TO GET THE CORRECTED ADDRESS SO THAT SHE WOULD GET THEM ON THE SCHEDULED DATE. SHE LOVED THEM.

The parlor palm was delivered on time, in great condition, at at a very reasonable price for the size. My sister (who received it) is a landscape designer with a horticulture degree (and very picky about plants), and she said she was very impressed with how full and healthy it was.
