The azalea that I'd ordered was not available. I received a phone call and we did a reselection. My recipient was thrilled with the flowers and her daughter sent me a picture. They were nice. The flowers were apparently nice, which is great. (I'm far away, so I didn't actually see them.) The only suggestion I would have for email orders is a confirmation email once they have been delivered, so you know that everything went OK and the flowers are where they should be...

First of all, I could only rate Lougheed's Flowers at 5 because that is how high the scale goes. Truth be told, I would have rated a 10. Between placing the order, my mother receiving her flowers, and me typing this review, it has been less than 24hrs. I placed my order online @ 8:30pm MST/10:30 EST and my mother got her flowers just before 11:00am EST. Plus, the flowers were much nicer than the picture online. Much, much nicer. She absolutely loved them. I have been in Alberta 12 years, and I am surprised that Lougheed's have not lost their touch. My family has been repeat customers for years and will continue to be for many more to come. Thank you so much for making my mother's day! (And mine!)
