They did not have the plant that I ordered and paid for online. I had to choose a substitute. Otherwise, the service was great - very prompt.

I order ALL my flowers from Libby! I ordered 2 dozen roses over 2 weeks ago and my girlfriend still has them on her counter and they age BEAUTIFULLY and still look amazing! You definitely get what you pay for with Libby! And she is always quick to help you!

Her flower arrangements are always fresh with lots of flowers, will last for a long periods of time but most of all, Libby stands firmly behind her products and will personally respond to a complaint. Believe me, it is doubtful you will ever have a complaint but if you do I can promise you it will be resolved quickly. Being able to order online has been a great time saver, is cost effective and an overall convenience for Libby's out of town customers.
