Was very impressed, this was the first flower shop that i have dealt with that actually phoned me to say the didn't have the particular arrangement I had ordered. They called me and helped me pick out a suitable replacement. However, best case would be to not advertise items they don't carry during certain seasons, or at least state the availability on the site.

Very easy to navigate though your website and delivery went off without a hitch. It would be nice if there was a way to compare selections side by side on your website though. I had a few picked out that I liked and had to keep switching back and forth to view them to make my final decision. I eventually opened four new browsers, but I still had to switch back and forth.

Great personal service and you can tell the owner enjoys her business and will take the time to discuss and recommend arrangements for the occassion.

They called me and told me the flower arrangement they would be sending out instead. Usually the sender is unaware of the replacement that may be delivered. Upon delivery they mentioned how to care for the flowers. Will always use this company to deliver all my flower needs to my family back home.

Flowers looked great, website and ordering process was great. however flowers were delivered a day earlier than requested.
