Very happy with the order placed online, I did not see the arrangement, but I saw a photo of it and it looked just like the picture when ordering. I also made 2 phone calls to the gift shop, and I was very pleased with the nice people I talked to.

I ordered the fruit basket Oct 5th in the morning. I received a call stating there was a possibility it may not be delivered that day because they had to go shopping. I understood. Much to my surprise the basket was delivered that same day in the afternoon! I was extremely happy with the service and my boss said the basket was absolutely beautiful!

The order was handled professionally and with ease. The spray looked almost identical to what was online. Absolutely beautiful for the price! I especially am grateful for Wayne's call and his concern for me, a long-time customer. While I am no longer in the Greensburg area, I will continue to use Jones Floral for my needs. We did visit Greensburg this Christmas and I was pleasead to see that I got my monies worth. The pointsettia was what I paid for and I will order from this floral shop again since we live in Texas.
