The bouquet we chose online was delivered the day we requested. They called my mom to notify her. She said it was absolutely beautiful. Tonnies notified us by email appropriately. All excellent.

Recently picked up flowers for a wedding and they were awful. Someone had used her flowers the day before by mistake and left us leftovers had to remake the whole bouquet and not what was ordered. I asked person there when we picked up what the stuff was on the flowers (I don't know flowers) and she said it was pollen and would fall off. When got them to house 20 mins later in light it was not pollen it was brown. They remade them and did not get them till 2pm and we were very late getting ready. Really through a kink in our day. The owner did refund us partially but only after really pushing. I liked the store and it looked like they had some nice stuff but the man running it was not very nice and would not recommend them to anyone for a wedding. Too much pressure to deal with last minute like that.

I ordered anniversary roses for my wife. Tonnies Florist delivered a day late and incorrectly addressed the card by misspelling my wife's name after written instructions were given. I called 4 times after the mistake attempting resolution. Couldn't get the manager on the phone and never received a return call. I resorted to disputing the charge through my credit card company. Neglectful customer service. When Momma's not happy, no one's happy.

I've sent flowers from websites that looked great online but when I saw them in person was disappointed at the poor quality or arrangement. But Tonnies Flowers were just the opposite. I was floored when I saw what a great job they did. I will use them from now on. Thanks again Tonnies Florist!

I ordered the flowers for a party and had them delivered the day of the party. The stargazer lilies were not open. When they did open 2 days later they were beautiful. I guess I should have had them delivered a couple of days ahead of time.

The roses are beautiful and they even smell like roses as they are slowly opening. Loved the artiatic twigs in the arrangement.

Chose to use Tonnie's Florist after our regular florist went out of business. Miserable customer service from Tonnie's. After purchasing Mother's Day bouquet online, the arrangement received was not what was shown on the website. It was significantly smaller and even the type of flowers were different than shown. When my mother called Tonnie's to discuss her dissatisfaction, the employee/owner she spoke with was quite rude and actually HUNG UP ON HER mid-conversation! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DID NOT DELIVER WHAT WAS REPRESENTED! Will NOT be using Tonnie's for our florist needs in the future. Word of mouth spreads quickly when shabby service is rendered :(

All I can say is WOW! I usually don't expect much of a response if any from a business after I post my experience, but Tonnies really blew me away! My last order looked godd, and was delivered with no problems, but the flowers were dead by the second day. I didn't even complain to them, as I know this may sometimes happen, but after seeing my comments, they went above and beyond the call. They delivered a second arrangement to my wife at work today, and apologized for the previous arrangement. With service like this, I won't order from anyone else in the future. Tonnies is now my only choice for a florist! Thank you so much!!!

Although the flowers were delivered with no problems, and my wife loved them, many were dying and slumped over the side of the vase by the next morning, and all were dead by the afternoon, which was certainly not expected.

My sisters and I purchased flowers for my fathers funeral. Not only was the arrangement NOT what we asked for, the flowers that were suppose to come in the arrangement had been substituted because they ran short since it was homecoming that was more important than a funeral. As soon as my sisters and I saw the flowers we called the florist and left messages no return phone call was received. We ended up going to Holiday florist and receiving a beautiful arrangement and did not use the flowers from Tonnies. We felt they were an embarrassment.
