My mother in law sent me flowers via The Flowersmith. I live in a difficult to find area of Inyokern, Ca and they were having trouble finding my home. Instead of leaving some disappointing little note on my doorstep or mailbox they called me. They remained on the phone while my husband gave them instructions on how to get to our home. That to me was good old fashioned something to talk about customer service! My hats off to this company for outstanding service. So I was already impressed and then I saw my flowers. It it the most pleasing arrangement of flowers I have had in a long time. Beautifully arranged. I love it! I keep telling everyone in the house how much I love looking at the flowers. So Flowersmith people...THANK YOU for excellent service all around.

You have terrific service and are very easy to deal with. THe only bad thing was these flowers did not last but a few days and wilted right away.

My sister, who was the recipient of the flowers, said they were lovely. My only complaint is that I requested delivery on 12/20/2010 so the flowers would be fresh for Christmas and they were delivered on the 15th.
