    Shelly created four really beautiful flower arrangements for my mom's funeral. The heart-shaped arrangements in shades of lavender was exquisite and she also did a striking modern arrangement. Highly recommend.

    Flowers were gorgeous & our friends loved them. what they didn't like the flowers were delivered & left on their doorstep, they were not at home fortunately they returned home to find them. They were at a funeral & had not planned to return home until that evening. The flowers would have sat outside all afternoon & evening. When they did bring the flowers in there were little insects in them from being left outside. Again the flowers were gorgeous, just wished they had been left with a neighbor or a note to pick them up at 101 Market. Thank you-

    Second time in 2 months that I've ordered online and neither time the arrangement I clicked on was available. Delivery on the second order was scheduled after 2:00 pm and there was an attempt to deliver at 1:00 and then the delivery person called my wife to tell her that she tried delivering flowers and it was intended to be a surprise for her. Honestly not sure that I will order again online. I'm 0-2 on trying to get what I actually want and what is portrayed online, and with the delivery issues on the last one, I will probably go somewhere we next time.

    There is a void in the poinsettia in the back and they tried to cover up the void with a bow that wasn't even a bow, they just placed a ribbon in the basket. I told my daughter to call and complain. I told her to shop bachman's they have always done an outstanding job for me.

    The flower arrangement I received was gorgeous and still looks very fresh after three days. Unfortunately, when I brought them home my husband asked what I thought of "the rest of the delivery?" Turns out he had also ordered gourmet chocolates but they had never arrived with the delivery. However, they contacted me regarding the missing chocolates, apologized about the error and redelivered them to me at my convenience!
