I just wanted to leave a comment about this florist! I never really take the time to leave feedback for vendors, but I wanted to this time. I ordered flowers for my husbands mother. She is a VERY picky woman :). She LOVED them!!! The lady that took my order was very nice and helpful and she was able to get my order out the same day!! I will FOR SURE use this florist again in the future!! :)

I didn't get to see the arrangement. The customer service was bang on though. I sent an e-mail regarding my concern of the delivery date,a Sunday, and I recv'd a phone call @ one hour later(Saturday evening) confirming the arrangement would be delivered as requested. Thanks!

Although the flowers and container looked wonderful and did the job, their was little similarity to the photo on your website. Glad that I was not counting on that. Delivery service was great.

Late on a Saturday afternoon, I discovered that I needed a VERY SPECIAL flower arrangement sent to a local funeral home on the next day...a Sunday morning! After several attempts to find a florist who could do this, I was referred to A TOWNE LAKE FLORIST. Cathy immediately put my mind at ease by assuring me that she could meet my needs. She patiently described several options and helped me understand why some options were better than others. It took several phone calls before I made my decision. Cathy was SO nice and she exceeded my expectations. There were many comments from family and friends about the beautiful arrangement. I feel like I have a new personal friend, and i will never have to wonder about who to call for all my floral needs.

The arrangement we ordered from Towne Lake Florist was absolutely beautiful! Several of the people attending our open house commented on the floral arrangement. A week later we were still enjoying them.

This florist created several beautiful arrangements for my daughters graduation party. The guests commented on how beautiful all the table arrangements were. We used them the following day at another party for my neighbor. She got just as many complements! Beautiful work!
