When I attending my cousin's funeral, I was very pleased with the flower arrangement.

The arrangement had some substitutions, but was very beautiful. I appreciate that you e-mailed me and asked if it was okay to substitute prior to it being done! It was delivered with promptness.

Beckie has been more than accomodating. The recipient of the floral arrangement said it was the most beautiful she's seen. So . . . I'm happy. I will definitely use Floral Accents again. (I've used one or two competitors and was not pleased with them.)

On Wednesday, January 12th, i ordered Rosey Romance and 2 ballons for my mom, and she receive only the roses, she never receive the ballons.

They didn't like the quality of the arrangement that I ordered online vs. what they could actually provide, so they proactively called me and worked with me to put together a very nice arrangement. I really appreciated the care for detail and extra effort on their part.
