It is such a pleasure to work with A Flower a Day. Customer service is obviously #1 with Kim! When certain flowers were not available, she substituted even nicer flowers and created an arrangement my mother thoroughly enjoyed!

Kim was super helpful and even called to give me details of the delivery and what kind of chocolates they would include. Fantastic service, my Mom was thrilled!

It would be nice to know when the flowers were delivered, so maybe an email to confirm it and a photo to see what they actually looked like. I did end up seeing them, and they were not much for the money. Too expensive...I will go another route next time.

The staff provided excellent service, including working with me to create a beautiful arrangement with a limited flower selection. Like the other reviewers, I was delighted with the outcome.

This is by far the best florist I have dealt with. They are so nice and willing to create just about anything, even for a last minute delivery. I recommend them to anyone in the Burlington/Conchester area. They are the nicest people to work with and will help to make a great arrangement (and are patient with people that may not know the most about flowers). I HIGHLY recommend A Flower A Day!

They always do excellent work. Friendly, thoughtful, creative, excellent eye, and learns about their customers. BEST or sweetest thing Kim did for me was create a bouquet in a dunkin' donuts to go mug, shaping sugar packets like flowers to add to the look - for placement at a cemetery. She understood the meaning, reason, and pegged it. My absolute best, favorite, and raved about florist and gift shop! Talk to them and let them create something for you - you will NOT be disappointed!!

Kim is amazing, we love her from across the street. And her flowers are gorgeous! We also love Jack; her German Shepard- he keeps my grandfather amused!
