Thank you so much for making a beautiful flower arrangement for my best friend's memorial service. I received a picture of it and was very pleased. The florist who took my order was knowledgeable and I felt comfortable that she understood what I wanted and I was right.

I was very impressed with the personal service. Shortly after I placed my online order, I was called to be informed that a specific flower in the arrangement i chose was not available. Iwas given the choice of sending a comparable arrangemetn or waiting another day when the flowers would be avaialble. I chose to go ahead with the substitute. My friend called to say how absolutely beautiful the arrangement was. Thank you. It made her day!

The Azalea was not available. However I was called right away and asked if a substitute plant could be sent. The recipiant was very pleased with the plant she received.
