It is difficult to rate the service at this time. I ordered the plant for a funeral, and I have no way of knowing if the plant was delivered and was a quality purchase. But as far as ease of ordering, I did not encounter any problems, and I assume the plant was beautiful. Thanks.

The ordering was easy. The recipient said they were very pretty and sent me a cell photo. It would be helpful if you sent an email when delivery occurs.

We are pleased with the service as far as ordering. My only suggestion would be to have an email sent for proof of delivery. I had used your store in the past for a hospital delivery and the patient didn't receive them due to leaving earlier than expected. I just don't know what happens to my order at that point. I am completely satisfied with Pehl's Flower Shop. I placed my order online in the evening. I called the next day to make sure the order had been received. It had been and the lady I spoke with was aware of my special instruction/requests. Then...the very best part was that my mother (who was the recipient of the flowers) called me later that day and she was delighted with the arrangement. She said they were wonderful... Thank you for doing such a great job...it was very important to me that the flowers be delightful for her.
