I found Terrie's online and took a chance. It was the best chance I've ever taken. She went above and beyond with the customer service. The flowers were for my sister on her deceased youngest sons birthday. I wish I could add a picture of the arrangement because it was so beautiful. It was a surprise so many calls were made that day to my daughter who was with my sister and to Terrie, because of my sister not being home when she said she would. Terrie drove to my sister's house after hours and delivered them herself.

The plant delivered was beautiful. When my mom called the flower shop to check on how to care for the plant they were very helpful & informative. I would definitely order fromTerrie's again!!

The delivery of the flowers went well and they were very well put together however I also ordered a balloon which was not delivered overall I would use this service again but would follow up with a phone call to ensure all things are produced.

I wanted to send my sister-in-law a little something to congratulate her on opening her own business, so I looked up florists in Crestview online. The website was very appealing and made my choice very easy. The flowers my sister-in-law receieved were absolutely BEAUTIFUL and right on time as I requested! She has been going on and on about them, and how expensive they must have been. (and honestly, for the price I paid I wasn't expecting a whole lot) Terrie's is VERY Affordable, does a WONDERFUL job, and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Ms. Terrie has always welcomed me and my family with a smile and her works expresses not only an arrangement of flowers but an arrangement of love through her flowers. I called Terries Flower shop direct (from the internet). I got Terri and we talked about what I wanted, leaning heavy on purple colors. Terri made several good suggestions. She worked with my daughter-in-law for the delivery. My daughter-in-law loved the flowers and posted a picture on facebook for me to see. I was very IMPRESSED!. I thought the price was great. I would use Terries again.

UNBELIEVABLE fruit basket!!!--filled with fresh fruit, crackers & cheese, popocorn--the works. Terrie was responsive and picked out the freshest and finest selection of fruit--a Great gift for a recuperating friend!

The arrangement surpassed my expectations.

Excellent service and I was very happy with the arrangement, BUT I found all the fees applied to my order to be excessive. There was a handling fee and a delivery fee. Not sure what the "handling fee" entailed, but amounted to $8. I would use this service again if not for the excessive handling fee.

Great customer service. I was ordering flowers for my Mother and Terrie was able to suggest the perfect plants for her yard. She kept me informed about the delivery. This shop is first class all around!!!

This florist and catering is the best. She has such a great time helping you when you are planning for your wedding. My wedding was such a hit my flowers where wonderful and the food was outstanding. I called Terie's late on a sat. to place an order for a sympathy arragement for a Sunday vewing no one else would help us. But Terrie the owner of the shop has her phone ringing to her home for a 24 hr service and was able to help us at this time of sorrow. She was so nice and cared about us and done it on that Sunday and had it up their for us. That is real service that you can not get any more. Job well done it was great.
