I needed a delivery for the same day and called right before closing. I explained my wife had a long day traveling and I needed to brighten up her day and her hotel room. After being turned down by Imperial Flowers in Lexington, Jeff offered to deliver these flowers on his way home from work after they closed. What more could you ask for, that was customer service at it's finest. Highly recommended.
