    I love the flowers - they light up the room. There was no preservative,however! I do change the water, and cut the stems.

    I wanted to let you know how kind they were and very understanding. My mother ended up having to go back in the hospital and they delayed my order for over a week at my request. They later sold the first delivery attempt in the store when the stay went longer than expected and created a new arrangement and delivered it promptly when she was finally sent home.
