I ordered flowers online for a funeral and was told by someone that attended the service that they were beautiful. It's difficult to order flowers online as you don't know what you're getting but I wouldn't hesitate to order from Hearts and Flowers again. Great, friendly service. We were not at home initially and received 'phone calls from both the shop and the delivery person to ensure that i received the flowers in a timely manner. Flowers fresh and, with appropriate care, still looking great several days after delivery.

I live in the UK most of the time, and have used these guys on several occasions; Ordering is simple via the internet, and when I mistyped the card details, they sent an email quickly so the issue could be resolved. Ordered an arrangement for my Mom who was in hospital. She said it was beautiful and she received lots of compliments on it.

I was very happy. I ordered quite late on the day before I asked for the order to be delivered. It was still delivered on time. Apparently, the flowers were beautiful and the arrangement was well done. It was worth the extra money to send flowers that were grown locally instead of from half way around the world. I'd much rather keep the money on PEI and not enhance our carbon foot print if I could help it. Please find more ways to support and encourage local flower growers.
